How to check that photos belong to the same item
- 01Match identifiers
Compare product code, category, color, size, option, and source reference.
- 02Match structure
Look for the same shape, panel layout, closures, seams, and included parts.
- 03Match the timing
Record when each page or photo set was checked; do not call an old image current.
- 04Record uncertainty
If identity cannot be established, describe the photos as related—not as proof of the row.

Sizing and measurement evidence
Read the measurement points and units. A tape placed across a garment, shoe insole, or bag can help only when the start and end points are visible and the photographed option is known.
Compare measured evidence with the album size chart without assuming one generic chart applies to every item.
Image quality and missing-angle limitations
Lighting, lens angle, compression, cropping, and color processing can change appearance. A missing back, base, interior, label, or measurement view is a gap; it should not be filled with an assumption.
A QC photo finder may help locate images, but it cannot prove that the photos belong to the exact seller, source, option, or current order.
Why QC photos do not authenticate a product or seller
QC photos show only what is visible in that image set. They do not establish origin, materials beyond what can be inspected, seller identity, future consistency, payment protection, or delivery outcome.
Checklist before approving any next step
- The album and QC sets appear to refer to the same code, category, option, and source.
- Equivalent angles are available for the details that matter.
- Measurements show clear points and units.
- Missing views and image-quality limits are recorded.
- The conclusion describes evidence, not product authentication or seller verification.
- Price, source link, shipping weight, and payment route are checked separately.
Write observations another reader can check
This is a review worksheet, not a record of a product inspected by this site. Keep a source reference for each observation and avoid naming a material from appearance alone.
