What I include in a QC photo request
- Product code and exact catalog or source URL
- Color, size, model, and quantity being checked
- A readable order or item reference in the photo set when available
- Front, back, sides, labels, closures, and any distinctive details
- Measurement method and units for the dimensions that matter
- A clear question for any flaw, difference, or replacement decision

Review the photos in this order
- 01Match identity
Check the code, option, and visible details against the saved product page.
- 02Check completeness
Confirm that every requested view and included piece is present.
- 03Check measurements
Read the method and units; allow for the stated tolerance.
- 04Mark differences
Describe the location and visible issue instead of saying only “bad quality.”
- 05Record the decision
Approve, request clarification, replace, or cancel according to the responsible service's process.
What the photos can and cannot show
Clear photos may show color, construction details, stains, alignment, dimensions, packaging, or included accessories. They do not establish hidden materials, long-term durability, electrical safety, brand authorization, or what will ultimately arrive.
If an important claim cannot be seen or measured in the supplied images, leave it unanswered. A photo set is not a general quality certificate.
A focused QC request
“For product code [CODE], option [COLOR/SIZE/MODEL], please provide item-matched QC photos showing [VIEWS]. Please include [MEASUREMENTS/DETAILS] with units and show the item or order reference. If any requested detail cannot be checked, please mark it as unavailable.”
