Have these details ready before you write
- The exact product page or album URL—not only a catalog homepage
- The product code copied exactly as shown
- The color, size, model, or other option I want
- My trial quantity and possible repeat-order quantity
- The destination country and postal code for a shipping estimate
- The missing facts I need confirmed: price, MOQ, material, QC, lead time, or packing
A message that is easy to answer
Open with one sentence, identify one item, and ask a small set of concrete questions. Ten unrelated screenshots followed by “How much?” usually create more back-and-forth.
“Hello. I am asking about product code [CODE] at [URL], in [COLOR/SIZE]. I am considering [QUANTITY] units for delivery to [COUNTRY/POSTAL CODE]. Please confirm: 1) current unit-price tier and currency, 2) MOQ and whether options can be mixed, 3) availability or lead time, 4) size or specification details, 5) whether item-matched QC photos are available, and 6) the shipping quote and its exclusions.”
Change the questions to fit the product. A clothing inquiry may need garment measurements; an electronics inquiry may need model compatibility and battery-shipping restrictions.
What each question should clarify
| Question | Useful reply | Reply that needs follow-up |
|---|---|---|
| Wholesale price | Currency, option, quantity tier, and date | One number with no quantity or currency |
| MOQ | Per style, color, size, model, or total order | “Low MOQ” with no definition |
| Colors and sizes | Selectable options and measurement method | A generic chart unrelated to the item |
| QC photos | Same code, option, and visible identifying details | Unmatched promotional photos |
| Lead time | Handling or production time plus dispatch point | “Fast” without a range or condition |
| Shipping quote | Route, chargeable weight, destination, timing, and exclusions | “Worldwide shipping” with no route or weight |
Read the reply against the page you saved
The product code, option, quantity, and destination should still match. If any of them changes, ask for a revised quote instead of combining details from two different conversations.
Keep the first inquiry low-risk
A catalog question does not normally require an account password, one-time payment code, passport scan, card photo, or unrelated personal history. Share only the information needed to answer the question, and move sensitive order steps to a route whose business identity and protections you have independently checked.
The floating button opens an external WhatsApp chat at +86 150 5953 2233. This guide does not receive or store the conversation and does not issue product quotations.
